3 mini coachings

For a few days I streamed (on Facebook) mini coaching sessions with (aspiring) improv teachers. They came into my Zoom room & we talked about 1 topic they are struggling with.

  • Hanni asked: How do I deal with comparing myself to others?

  • Laura C. asked: Which opening game should I choose for my online webinar?

  • Carolin asked: How do I respond when I choose for improv and I am faced with judgment?

We got to a few deep inner beliefs, difficult obstacles and I threw out all of the tips and peptalk I had.

Hope you will enjoy them as much as I did!

Mini coaching 1 - Hanni

How do I deal with comparing myself to others?

In this mini coaching we talk about what makes you uniquely you (and I tell Hanni my observation), feeling like a fraud and comparing ourselves to other teachers / facilitators.

Mini coaching 2 - Laura C.

Which opening game should I choose for my online webinar?

I talked to Laura from Italy and in this mini coaching you can learn all about teaching to non-improvisers, preparing for 'failure' and the power of taking the easy road.

Mini coaching 3 - Carolin

How do I respond when I choose for improv and I am faced with judgment?

This one is for all of my parents out there! You will hear us talk about mothers in improv, how to practice dealing with judgy comments and using frustration as your goldmine for workshop ideas
